Thanksgiving

We went to my grandparents house for Thanksgiving this year. That was nice. Almost the entire family showed up. Here's the list, my g'ma, g'pa, great g'ma, Aunt Cheri, her 3 boys (Eric, Andy, & Robbie) along with their wives & a total of their 4 kids with another on the way for Andy, My Uncle John & Aunt Angie with 2 of their kids & a grandkid, my mom, dad, sister, husband, myself, & Quen. We were still missing 13 of my cousins, aunts, & uncles. It was a busy day. We had a lot of fantastic food, great people, & a wonderful time catching up

Here are only a few of the pictures I took

Halloween 2010

Halloween for us this year was pretty fun. We took Quentin trick or treating. At first, he didnt understand it. Plus, he didnt like his costume very much. But, once he knocked on the door & people started putting candy in his bag, he thought that was pretty cool. Quen would start running up to the doors, knock, & then smile with his cheesy smile. :)

Now, Im getting ahead of myself, before Halloween we got a huge SURPRISE. We're pregnant. Number 2 is on the way. Im due June 3rd, 2011... but, Im hoping May! Ok, now on with the rest of the Halloween stuff.

On Oct. 30th, we had our annual Adult Halloween party. Good times. I was pippylongstocking & Ryan was, well, a redneck? Im not sure what he was, but it was good times. I didnt stay for very long because I wasnt feeling very well.

Our neighbors were also raking leaves earlier that day & Quen thought it was way fun jumping in the leaves. He also thought he would 'help' rake them. It was very cute.

All in all, October was a very fun & exciting month for us. I hope you all also had a great time with your families.

August 2010

Ok, so its been a while since I wrote on this. So, here a few things that happened in August. It started out with a bang. Ryan was out of town most of the summer, so Quen & I hung out a lot. We went to the Kuna Days parade. It was hot but, fun. We went with my sister & a few friends. Then, we went back later that day & looked around at some of the stuff.

About a week later we went up to my parents house for their 25th wedding anniversary. I think they enjoyed having us kids there. Ryan was there for that... He got in the day before! YAY for us! We got our parents a picture frame that was engraved with the date they got married & a picture of them within the first year of marriage. Our parents loved it.

When Ryan got back into town, which was at the end of August, we went to the fair & took Quen on a few rides. And, by that, I mean, very few. He wasnt tall enough to go on very many.

A few days after the fair, we booked it to South Dakota/ Wyoming. We had a nice time there. We were there for about a week & a half. It was a pretty busy time but very fun.
